A Good Self Sabotage Coach Examines…

When I review the health of my self sabotage clients (because health and self sabotage are directly linked) I always review when they get tired during the day and when they awaken at night. For example if someone is getting tired chronically at 1-2 pm in the afternoon, it can mean their small intestine is stressed. Eating too quickly, drinking too much liquid with the meal or eating too much at one sitting are potentially factors that need exploring in that case. If someone is waking up at 1-2 am at night, it indicates some liver toxicity issues, which are pretty common and easily alleviated in most cases. (painkillers destroy the liver, as do vaccines, alcohol, medical drugs, anger, hate, rage,junk food etc) A good self sabotage coach examines the full lay of the land and understands the connections between health, brain function and behavior.
